Writer's Block: The Right to Privacy
Should some parts of celebrities' lives be off-limits to the public, or is giving up privacy a fair price for being famous?
They are everywhere, all around us and at every corner we turn. Celebrities have turned into the average next door neighbour, actually its very  likely that most know more about a famous icon than the person that they live next door to. Details of the lives that the rich and famous lead are splashed across tabloids, gossip magazines and even on television. I could probably tell you the name of Orlando Bloom's dog - is it Maisie or Maude? Well, I know it begins with the letter M. Why do I know that? I know it because I and many others are simply too nosy. Human beings are curious beings, we want to know every little detail, does that mean its excusable? No.

It just stikes me as odd that most including me are more fascinated with what a distant celebrity than what the person next door is up to, The glitz and glamour are surely attractive and people like to focus on the beauty of it, its a distraction from their own mundane lifestyles.
